Hosting
This website is delivered by Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Every page request is answered by the servers of the following provider:

Cloudflare processes the data described in the next section as a processor under Article 28 GDPR, on the basis of the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum. Data may be transferred to the United States; the transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Cloudflare has additionally certified itself under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and that certification does not replace the standard contractual clauses.
Server logs
When a page is requested, the hosting provider processes the IP address of the requesting device, the time of the request, the URL requested, the referrer and the user agent.
The purpose is the technically correct delivery of the website and its security, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log data are kept for the retention period set by Cloudflare and are not combined with other data.
No cookies, no analytics
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, tracking or social media services and embeds no external content, so there is no consent banner and nothing that consent could be given to.
Web fonts
The typefaces Jost and Mulish are delivered from the server of this website. Loading a page opens no connection to Google or to any other font service.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to the address given in the imprint, your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message are processed in order to answer the enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for steps taken prior to a contract, and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR where an enquiry is not yet aimed at a contract.
Messages are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private mailbox operated by Google Ireland Limited. Google processes the message there under its own terms; there is no separate processing agreement for this mailbox.
Correspondence is kept until the enquiry has been dealt with and is deleted afterwards, unless a statutory retention period applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21).
Consent once given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (Article 7 (3) GDPR).
A message to the e-mail address in the imprint is enough to exercise any of these rights.
